6S Services is a family owned and operated business. Seeing a need in the Big Horn Basin, Chris and Thea Saunders made the decision to start a business to help the communities around them.6S Services strives to provide the people and families of the Big Horn Basin with excellent service that enhances and promotes beauty and pride in our communities. We're dedicated to creating long lasting relationships within the community to encourage a sense of pride and respect between neighbors and communities.Chris grew up in Manderson. After moving around with his wife working construction and spending a decade and a half mostly on the East coast, they made the decision in 2023 to finally move back and put down roots in beautiful Wyoming.Thea is from North Carolina with a lot of travel under her belt. Moving around as a kid for her father's work, she learned quickly that she loved the mountains. After spending two years with her grandparents in Manderson, she graduated from Riverside High school in 2009. Returning to Wyoming was an easy choice after several years of searching for the right place to settle down.Chris and Thea were married in 2009 and have 4 children ranging in age from 13 to 1. Wyoming is in their blood and they have a passion to just enjoy the outdoors. They decided if they could use that passion and help the communities around them, then they should do that! And thus, 6S Services was created. 6 for their family for 6, S for Saunders, their logo is a 6 and S combined with 6 point antlers, designed by Thea.We are so excited for the future and to work with the Big Horn Basin area and can't wait to take care of your yard so all you have to do is enjoy the beauty of Wyoming!

Starting this year we're offering a pre-payment option!
The way this will work: We give you an estimate, we discuss how often you will need/want services and then we work out how much it'd be for the season.You pay that up front for a 5% discount on the total. If you end up getting LESS services than originally thought, you will get a refund of whatever is left at the end of the season. If you get more, then you'll get a bill for the difference at the end of the year.This is not required and is simply something we want to offer to make things easier for you! We will still offer pay per month and pay per service options.

Please be aware that estimates are just that; estimates. You are not obligated to pay anything unless you choose to accept our services at which point we will provide an official invoice for services.Consultations are set up before any services are provide to make sure all are in agreement with the official cost of services.If you have any questions, please contact us, we're more than happy to answer any concerns or questions you have!

Spray Schedule

Terms of service

• Winds 6 mph or higher will delay spraying for at least a day.• Temperatures higher than 82° F will delay spraying until the temperature is lower in the later evening.• Rain will delay spraying until everything is dry, likely a day.These delays are due to the nature of the spray, if the wind is too high, it will simply blow the mist away. If it's too hot, it'll hinder the effectiveness of the mist. Rain will cause the mist to not settle properly on the wet surfaces and atmospheric pressure will cause the mist to not do what it needs to.A message will be sent regarding the delay and any estimated reschedule date.

If you do not wish to have your property sprayed, please visit Manderson Town hall to fill out a No-Spray form. You can let Chris know if you are unable to get to town hall during their open hours and he can provide that for you.
